Byron Two Welcomes you to Woolacombe!
During your stay
Our housekeeping team will contact you (via text) initially, normally anytime within 48hrs before your stay, and you will receive a call before your 5pm check-in on the day of your arrival.
Between 9am-5pm each day reception is operating a phone or email service for any queries that you may have about the local area or the Byron facilities.

If you can please take your shoes off upstairs that would be very much appreciated.
To access the WiFi simply find the router in the apartment and enter the access code.
Lock Box Access
To obtain the keys for your stay simply access the lock box room located behind the white door next to parking bay 56. Please turn and zoom in on the map on your phone to locate your parking bay, lock box room, front door & rubbish disposal. (and hot water surf shower)
Once in the lockbox room, simply look for “Woolacombe 2” and set the code that we sent to you via text and email. Byron 2 has a separate entrance and an extra key to access the 2nd floor of the lift.
Getting to Byron
Getting to Byron is easy, just type in “Byron Two” to Google Maps. (or click these links from your phone).
When close, simply drive past the apartment on your right and take the first right up Sandy Lane to the underground parking area for Byron. (2.4m clearance)
Byron 2 parking is in Bay 46. Please make sure your registration number is recorded in the ANPR system. (If active)
If this is not yet active simply add the permit from the lock box to your dashboard)
If somebody is parked in your spot by mistake please contact reception if open.
Pool, Gym & Sauna
The pool & Gym are currently open and you can book you slot online HERE (Please book ahead to avoid disappointment and remember to cancel if not using the slot). If this is fully booked up remember the sea is just 4 minutes away and there is a hot shower down the side of the pool on the way back to the apartment (outside) for you to wash the sand off!
Restaurants and Activities
To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that you book ahead for eating out or any activities that you may be interested in doing during your stay, Due to Covid-19 seating capacity and spaces on activities are restricted.
